Refund policy

Clarkson Jewelers exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified, all purchases through our website may be exchanged or refunded within twenty (20) days from the original purchase date when accompanied by a Clarkson Jewelers Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) notice.

Exchanges are permitted within thirty (30) days of purchase. Any item returned for a refund or exchange must be unworn, unaltered in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all warranty cards, booklets, and/or tags intact.

Special orders of any kind, completed layaways, and/or custom pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
